I pay attention to transit, neighborhoods, food, everyday costs, and how people spend an ordinary Tuesday—not only the tourist highlights. Travel also keeps my family history and questions about where I might live someday tied to real places.

A long-term language project with an enormous cultural side quest.
Japanese began as an academic minor and became a durable personal project shaped by formal study, travel, exchange programs, media, history, and the satisfaction of slowly understanding more than I could before.
Anime is part entertainment and part cultural conversation: ambitious worlds, dramatic character arcs, folklore, technology, identity, and a backlog that remains undefeated.

Entrepreneurship interests me because I like building systems and making decisions. Long term, I would like more control over my time and location—not because I want to stop working, but because I want to choose the work.
That future could include nursing, an MBA, time abroad, family, language study, and a business sturdy enough to work outside a pitch deck.
